Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes we are! Please call our office to set up an appointment. In order to make the initial visit with us more efficient, click on our “Patient Forms” page where you will find our new patient registration and consent forms that you can fill out prior to coming in. If you are transferring to our practice, we have a release of information form so that we can request records from your previous physician. For your convenience, we have made these documents form-fillable, and you can email them to us ahead of time. We will also have these forms available to fill out in-person too. For additional questions, you can also email us. We look forward to meeting you!

  • Congratulations! There are a lot of emotions parents go through when expecting their baby: anxiousness, scared, nervousness, excited, just to name a few. We encourage you to meet with us for a prenatal consultation prior to your baby being born so you can meet the staff, see the office, and see if we are the right fit for you! We are happy to answer any questions you may have at this time.

For calls outside of office hours, please contact Physician’s Exchange, and tell them you are trying to reach Dr. Diep. Give them your contact number and they will contact me. I will then give you a call back when I get your message. If I am on vacation, my partner Dr. Michael Sia will be answering calls for me. For emergency visits, we recommend the Kapiolani Emergency Department as they are staffed by pediatric emergency medicine physician.
